SHIPPING

Complimentary worldwide shipping is now included in the price. All artworks will be fulfilled from Jakarta, Indonesia.

Shipping within Indonesia typically takes up to 7 working days, while international shipping may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

(Please allow 3-5 working days packaging period before the artwork is dispatched for shipping.)

Upon the shipment of your artwork, an email notification will be sent with a tracking number for updates (please check your spam folder). Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order doesn’t arrive within 21 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly contact emilylarasart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate for you.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that artworks shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching your destination country. Please be aware that Emily Laras Art is not accountable for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

 

PACKAGING

Artworks exceeding 50cm in length will be shipped un-stretched and rolled in an art-grade paper tube. Upon receipt, I recommend taking the rolled canvas to a professional framing service for optimal results.

For shipping stretched and/or framed artwork exceeding 50cm, please reach out to me for a quote. Any extra packing and shipping expenses will be invoiced separately.

 

FRAMING

Framing options are available for all paintings. Contact me if you wish to frame artworks larger than 50cm. Additional costs may apply.

Our frames are crafted from neutral-toned, soft pine wood by a local Indonesian framer. Due to the organic characteristics of wood, kindly allow slight variations in tone and grain.

 

PAYMENT

Payment options will be provided upon checkout. For credit/debit cards payment please choose Payments by Xendit payment gateway.

The payment will be processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), and the secure payment gateway will automatically convert and charge the equivalent amount in your local currency.

Additional framing and special request shipping fees will be invoiced separately. I will send you a payment link via email to complete your order.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. Regrettably, returns for original artworks are not accepted due to the delicate nature of shipping, making it challenging to ensure the artwork’s return in its original condition. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact me at emilylarasart@gmail.com, and I’ll do my utmost to find a satisfactory solution for you.
